Job summary
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Lube Technician at Napleton's Lexus of Brookfield. You will perform basic maintenance per dealer and factory standards, helping ensure vehicle safety and reliability while building customer trust in Napleton as a caregiver for their vehicles.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Automotive technical training or experience is a plus.
- Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with company policy.
Responsibilities
- Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
- Complete vehicle inspection.
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
- Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
