Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic) to join our Kia Bell Rd dealership. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ASE or dealership certifications highly preferred
• Prior automotive technician experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, per dealership, state and factory standards
• Address customers’ concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to Fixed First Visit
• Perform Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and communicate additional recommendations as needed
• Master the Dealer Management System for work distribution, electronic inspections, quotes, and timekeeping
• Complete required training as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in customer vehicles
