Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal work authorization in the U.S.
- Hold a valid in-state driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
- ASE or dealership certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders per dealership and factory standards.
- Address customers' concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' goals.
- Operate the Ken Garff DMS for work distribution, inspections, quotes and timekeeping.
- Maintain cleanliness in the shop and inside customer vehicles.
