Job summary

Ken Garff Kia Phoenix is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, perform multi-point inspections, and ensure fixed first visit outcomes. You will use the Dealer Management System to manage work and communicate with the service team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver's license and good driving record.
• ASE or dealership/manufacturer certifications highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert repair work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations.
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; notify Service Advisor if additional work is needed.
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles.
