Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician for Kia Bell Rd. This role emphasizes accurate diagnostic work, adherence to dealership and factory standards, and ongoing professional development through our PRO TECH program.

Ideal candidates will have prior technician experience, ASE or manufacturer certifications, and a high school diploma. We value accuracy, integrity, and teamwork as we support each vehicle with comprehensive inspections and quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Unselfish and approachable with detail-oriented, skill-based work.
• Prior automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership certifications highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ with valid in-state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers’ concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain Fixed First Visit expectations.
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection with video on every vehicle.
• Notify Service Advisor if additional recommendations or more time is needed.
• Master the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, inspections, quotes, communication and timekeeping.
• Complete required training as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and customer vehicles.
