Stew Hansen Hyundai, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join a team built on respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork.

We offer ProTech recognition, tool allowances, paid training, 401k with company match, PTO, health benefits, and employee discounts. You will diagnose, repair, and inspect vehicles using Reynolds DMS, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications describing your background.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards; maintain knowledge of all factory-technical bulletins.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations.
• Master our Dealer Management System (Reynolds) for time keeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes and communication.
• Be accountable to all dealership owned tools, and maintain superior cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles.
