Responsibilities

• Review repair orders, identify customer concerns and repairs
• Log on and off time for repairs
• Check technical service bulletins
• Follow repair escalation process
• Adhere to factory warranty requirements
• Follow manufacturer repair steps in Topix
• Confirm repairs upon completion
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and vehicles
• Maintain necessary tools and equipment
• Keep work area tidy

Requirements

• Ability to operate a vehicle
• Understanding of dealership computer systems
• Attend training sessions
• Stay current with warranty requirements
• Follow privacy and security policies
• Good communication and customer relationship skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems
• Ability to review service orders and inspect vehicles
• Knowledge of warranty guidelines
