Essential Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Receive repair orders from advisor or dispatcher;
2. Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards;
3. Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform necessary repairs;
4. Follow all safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents immediately to a manager or supervisor;
5. Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• ASE Certification;
• Experience with Subaru or similar brands;
• Ability to meet the company's employment requirements;
• Flexible work schedule, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays;
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check, and E-Verify.
