Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring Service Technicians to perform tire installation, maintenance, alignments, brakes, and diagnostics across our service bays. You’ll test drive vehicles and ensure safety and quality, while keeping a clean and safe work space and supporting your team.

We offer a competitive pay plan with weekly hourly wages plus labor-based commissions, and room for career growth within a family-owned organization known for a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive repair; ASE certs preferred but not required.
• Must have own tools and ability to use lifts and shop equipment.
• Strong customer service, organization and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and Saturday availability.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsabilités

• Perform automotive services including tire installation, maintenance, brakes, alignments and diagnostics.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure safety and proper function.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; support team needs.
