Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform tire installation, maintenance, alignments, brakes, engine diagnostics, and routine service. You will drive quality service and ensure safety through thorough inspections and test drives.

Competitive pay plan includes weekly hourly pay, labor-based commission, and overtime. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, stand long periods, and hold a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience (ASE certifications preferred but not required).
• Must have own tools (tool purchase program available).
• Ability to operate automotive vehicle lifts, shop tools and equipment (diagnostic scanner experience a plus).
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate and timely quality vehicle inspection, maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure functionality and overall safety.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and assist as needed.
