Job summary

SONS Automotive Group is seeking a Service Technician for our service department. We value customer care and a loyal base; experience is preferred, but novice technicians are welcome to apply as we provide training.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork skills.
• Novice techs encouraged to apply; we will train you.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to verify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about needed additional services and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
