Job summary

Nissan of Hendersonville is seeking an Automotive Service Technician. The role requires troubleshooting customer concerns with modern tools, maintaining a professional appearance and providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have experience with warranty/non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair on various makes/models, plus ASE certification. A high school diploma is required, with a technical or trade school degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair on various makes/models.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest tools provided.
• Greet customers in a courteous, timely manner.
• Review Service Drive and assist as a secondary customer greeter.
• Keep up to date with technical publications and service operations.
• Ensure service delivered is safe and first-time right.
• Address customer concerns before moving to additional sales.
