Job summary

Nissan of Hendersonville is seeking an Automotive B Level Service Technician to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your work ethic and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction and the success of our service department.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs with a strong emphasis on first-visit quality, while maintaining professional interactions and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on various vehicle makes/models.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance and customer satisfaction goals.
• Strong communication with professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer vehicle concerns using current technical tools and resources.
• Provide courteous and respectful interactions with customers.
• Greet customers near the Service Drive and acknowledge them promptly.
• Review technical publications and service updates to stay informed.
• Deliver safe, reliable vehicle service on the first visit when possible.
• Address original customer concerns before suggesting additional services.
• Inspect vehicles to identify maintenance opportunities per local area and factory guidelines.
• Return vehicles clean or cleaner than received.
• Participate in factory and in-house training to enhance skills.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and attach shop forms to repair orders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and wear a clean uniform.
