Nissan of Hendersonville is hiring Automotive Technicians in Hendersonville, NC. Compensation starts at $20 per hour. The role offers paid training and certification reimbursements, a schedule with two weekends off each month, and Sundays closed in a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned shop.

All levels welcome; A and B-level techs preferred. Job duties include routine maintenance, diagnostics, emissions inspections, and repairs, with focus on safety and accuracy. Tools ownership is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of automotive technician experience.
• Must have your own tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check/drug test.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Current state inspection license is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations.
• Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair.
• Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.
• Inspect vehicles according to the state’s requirements for emissions and safety.
• Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness.
• Maintain accurate records for both customer and dealership purposes.
• Maintain a neat work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
