You will work with latest service tools, participate in factory training, and ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate has ASE certification, a high school diploma, and a proven track record of achieving goals. A clean driving record and professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair on various vehicle makes/models.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
• Outstanding communication and professional appearance/work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using provided tools.
• Greet customers and maintain courteous service.
• Stay updated with service publications and terminal operations.
• Ensure safe and quality service is delivered on first visit.
• Address original concerns before pursuing additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities and ensure maintenance per local/factory recommendations.
• Return vehicles clean and complete all paperwork correctly.
