Qualifications

• Warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair on various vehicle makes and models.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and strong customer service.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• Valid State driver’s license with good driving record.
• ASE certification required; trade school degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using provided tools.
• Greet customers and maintain courtesy.
• Stay current with service publications and terminal operations.
• Deliver safe, high-quality service on first visit.
• Complete paperwork and attach forms to RO copy.
• Participate in training programs and adhere to schedule.
• Return vehicles clean or cleaner.
• Address initial customer concerns before pursuing sales.
