Job summary

Lexus of Lindon, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our team. You’ll perform repairs to dealership standards and engage in the PRO TECH program designed to reward performance and growth.

Ideal candidates will have prior mechanic experience, ASE or manufacturer certifications, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and be 18+ with the right to work in the U.S. A valid driver's license is required, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience performing automotive repairs to dealership standards.
• Ability to diagnose and diagnose vehicle issues with accuracy.
• Strong focus on customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; notify Service Advisor if additional recommendations or more time is needed
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping
• Complete required training as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles
