Job summary

Lexus of Oxnard, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is hiring an Automotive Service Technician to deliver precise repairs while aligning with our PRO TECH program and values. You will perform diagnostic and repair work, conduct multi-point inspections, and ensure quality control on every vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders according to standards.
• Address customers’ concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to Fixed First Visit expectations.
• Run the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and communicate findings to the Service Advisor.
• Master the DMS for work distribution, inspections, quotes and timekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness in workspace and customer vehicles.
