Asbury Automotive Group's Courtesy Toyota of Brandon is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, perform inspections, and complete maintenance. You will use manufacturer training to stay current, participate in training programs, and maintain CSI scores.

A valid license and basic tools are required, with ASE or OEM certifications preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering high-quality service.

Competenze

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Ase certifications heavily preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must have great technical and mechanical skills.
• Must be a team player and able to work repetitively on complex tasks.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Mansioni

• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Communicate with service advisor when additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed in time.
• Maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards.
• Conduct road tests to verify work completed.
• Perform all levels of diagnosis and repair on vehicles.
• Perform preventive/routine maintenance services.
• Utilize product and technical training from manufacturers and management.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs to expand knowledge.
• Maintain CSI scores per Asbury goals.
