Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using available tools.
• Ensure courteous interaction with all customers.
• Greet customers and assist in service drive.
• Keep up to date with technical publications and service communications.
• Deliver safe and high-quality vehicle service on first attempt.
• Address original concerns before pursuing additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities per local/factory guidance.
• Return vehicles clean and ready for customer.
• Attend factory or in-house training programs.
• Complete paperwork accurately and attach forms to RO.
