Pride Chevrolet in Lynn, MA is seeking A-level / Master Technicians to handle the most challenging diagnostics and repairs. This role offers high earning potential with hourly wages up to $60–$70 in bonus-enhanced scenarios, along with sign-on bonuses and a structured career path within a long-standing family dealership.

Qualified candidates will hold master-level certification, preferably GM credentials, and demonstrate independent, high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Master-level certification from any manufacturer.
• GM credentials preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair the most complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM scan tools and wiring diagrams.
• Document multipoint inspections with video and photos on every item.
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain CSI standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
