Job summary

Monro is seeking a General Service Technician in Oshkosh, WI to perform basic vehicle services and repairs to Monro standards. The role is hourly and available as full-time or part-time, with responsibilities including tire work, oil changes, inspections, inventory support, and safe operation according to company policies.

Candidates should have automotive training or a high school diploma with related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs per Monro standards.
• Tire services: wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, mounting, TPMS service.
• Lubrications and basic maintenance: oil changes, bulb, wiper, filter replacements, battery testing/installation.
• Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection on every guest vehicle and document additional needed services.
• Assist inventory: pull tires/parts, unload and stock inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness and guest-ready condition.
• Follow safety standards including wheel torque, oil safety, and environmental rules.
• Test drive vehicles per policy using designated routes and obey traffic laws.
