Modern Automotive Network, a 4th-generation family-owned company, is seeking experienced Ford Automotive Technicians to join the service team. You will diagnose, maintain and repair vehicles, leveraging Ford diagnostic tools and training to uphold high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Automotive Technician experience.
• Ford dealership experience preferred.
• Ford certifications preferred.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine proper repair procedures
• Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards
• Complete maintenance services including inspections and preventative maintenance
• Repair engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment and repair information
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts personnel
• Identify additional maintenance or safety concerns
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Participate in ongoing Ford training and certification programs

Position Summary

Automotive Technician
