Blake Ford is seeking experienced Ford Technicians, up to Senior Master Technicians, to join our team at Blake Ford. The ideal candidate should have prior automotive experience and be reliable in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided and a state inspection license is preferred for this role. We offer full-time employment with competitive pay and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair and diagnosis required.
• State Inspection License preferred.
• ASE and/or OEM/Manufacturer Certification a plus.
• Must have previous automotive dealership experience.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Must have own tools.

Blake Ford is seeking experienced Ford Technicians, all the way upto Senior Master Technicians, to join our team! We are looking for someone who is serious about a future in the automotive field. Candidate should be willing to learn and perform in a fast paced environment and must be reliable and detail oriented. Training will be provided but the candidate must possess previous automotive experience. *Previous Automotive Technician experience required & State Inspection License preferred.

• Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities
• Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must have own tools
• Must have a State Inspection License.
• ASE and/or OEM/Manufacturer Certified a plus
• Diesel and Transmission Technicians a plus
