Colony Tire is seeking an Automotive Retail Service Technician in Suffolk, VA to perform tire and auto-related service in a fast-paced shop.

You will follow procedures, document work, and road-test vehicles as directed. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ESOP, paid holidays and vacation time.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a team-focused, safety-conscious approach in a full-time setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform essential tire and auto-related tasks.
• Capable of following procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires, wheels and vehicles before and after service.
• Raise vehicles with hydraulic jacks and/or lifts.
• Mount/dismount tires and balance wheels.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes.
• Document work performed accurately per policy.
• Road-test vehicles as directed by management.
