Job summary

Sullivan Tire And Auto Service in Massachusetts is seeking an Automotive Technician to independently perform vehicle repairs and tire service while delivering high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1 year of experience with 1–3 ASE certifications, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to diagnose and repair systems using VAST and automotive PC programs. Employee ownership is part of our ESOP.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1–3 ASE certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Basic understanding of VAST and automotive PC programs.

Responsibilities

• Mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs tires on passenger and light trucks.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Diagnose and repair systems using automotive tools and software (VAST, PC programs).
• Produce accurate repair estimates for customer vehicles.
• Coordinate with store management to meet productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain safety and environmental standards and keep a clean work area.
