Training will certify you in all offered services, setting you up for growth in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and strong communication to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient service operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and communicate vehicle needs clearly.
• Assist technicians and support daily service operations.
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Document work performed on repair orders and communicate findings to guests.
• Assist in basic vehicle inspections and tire checks as needed.
• Follow safety and company policies at all times.
