Jiffy Lube International in Eagan, MN is hiring a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and begin a formal certification through our training program.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, maintain a clean shop, assist with vehicle inspections, and learn oil changes, tire care, and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated and a team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates; ensure proper tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels; complete vehicle inspection and document work.
• Report safety issues to management and adhere to all safety protocols.
