You will complete vehicle inspections, oil changes, and routine maintenance through our training program, gaining certification and hands-on expertise in every service we offer. We value teamwork, strong communication, and reliability; you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Good communication and reliability
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays
• Basic reading of safety rules and instructions

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to guests' vehicles and communicate findings clearly
• Assist with oil changes, inspections, and routine maintenance under supervision
• Keep the service center clean, organized, and presentable
• Document all work in the repair order and report safety issues immediately
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with teammates to meet service goals
