Team Car Care in Quakertown, PA is seeking a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and deliver quality workmanship. You will participate in our training program to gain certification across core services and support team members in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires at least 3 months of customer-facing experience, 18+ years old, and legal work status in the U.S. Tools are provided and a supportive rewards program accompanies hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience
• 18 years of age or older
• Legal to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to high quality standards
• Document all work performed on repair orders
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
• Keep the service center clean and presentable
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians
• Assist with oil changes, tire checks, and fluid top-ups
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and bending
