107 Team Car Care East, LLC is hiring a General Service Technician in Fairless Hills, PA. This entry-level role focuses on servicing guests' vehicles with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

You will participate in our training program to obtain certification and grow within the company. Compensation starts at $15.00–$15.24 per hour, with a full-time schedule and benefits including 401K, health insurance, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles professionally to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and mentor peers.
• Check oil level and tire pressure; inspect and refill fluids as needed.
• Document all work performed on the repair order; report safety issues.
