Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician for our Leavenworth, KS location. This entry-level role focuses on servicing guests' vehicles with quality workmanship and a superior guest experience, supported by a structured training program that leads to certification.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report safety issues immediately to management
• Maintain adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation
