Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Follow training program and obtain certifications for services offered.
• Keep the service center clean, organized, and safe.
• Check oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels; perform inspections.
• Document work on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
