We seek 3-5 years of mainline technician experience as a plus and a sign-on bonus may be available based on experience. Join a busy service drive with opportunities to work on the latest tools and technology.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical systems, brakes, A/C and related components.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about needed additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
