Job summary

Findlay Toyota Spokane! is looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join our expanding team. You will perform repairs and diagnostics on a variety of vehicle systems in a state-of-the-art facility. Ideal candidates will have relevant certifications, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Must pass a pre-employment screening and background check.
• Certifications in automotive repair are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently.
• Test-drive vehicles using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnosing and maintaining vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about required services.
• Execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Service Technician Qualifications:
