Job Description:
Aberle Ford is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and performing vehicle repairs with accuracy and efficiency, while delivering excellent customer service.
Job Type & Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
Flexible schedule options available
Responsibilities:
Perform work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repairs to Ford specifications
Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair timelines and additional service needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Participate in ongoing factory training and stay current on manufacturer updates
Execute warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years as an automotive technician preferred
Certifications: Ford Certification and/or ASE Certification preferred
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency with automotive technology and diagnostic tools
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
