Job summary

Wright Automotive Group is looking for a qualified automotive technician to perform repairs efficiently and communicate effectively with customers and the Service Advisor. The role requires a State Inspection license and knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have a State Inspection license.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisor.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

• Dispatch work according to objectives

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Must have a State Inspection license
• Have knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Are a fast learner
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent customer service skills
