Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of complex automotive systems, including EV, Diesel, and Gas engines, suspension, transmission, electrical, onboard computer systems, etc.
• Ensure quality work, striving to "Fix it Right the First Time"
• Complete repair order documentation according to manufacturer standards, including the 3 C’s and timestamps
• Review vehicle history, promote labor and parts sales as needed
• Test drive vehicles and components, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Perform multi-point inspections and provide repair quotes with labor and parts
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to clients in a clear, non-technical manner
• Stay updated with new technical information and continue training

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to operate diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, AC equipment, etc.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on customer service
