Job Opportunity: Automotive Service Technician

Location: Orlando, FL and Winter Park, FL

Position: Automotive Service Technician (All ASE Certification Levels)

Income Potential: $30,000 - $100,000+ annually

Join Lexus of Orlando’s or Lexus of Winter Park’s service team! Our high-volume, fast-paced service department is looking for skilled ASE-certified technicians to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. We offer a supportive environment, state-of-the-art equipment, and a climate-controlled shop to ensure a comfortable and productive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute repairs as outlined in repair orders with a focus on efficiency and excellence.
2. Diagnose vehicle concerns, accurately communicating necessary repairs to service advisors.
3. Complete maintenance and service tasks correctly on the first visit.
4. Inspect and test drive vehicles post-repair for quality assurance.

Requirements:

1. ASE certification preferred.
2. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
3. Strong commitment to “fixing it right the first time” and maintaining high CSI and productivity.
4. Must own your own tools.
