Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience preferred; GM experience a plus.
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check.

• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of needed services.

Reporting to our Service Manager, our Automotive Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. In this role, you’ll be expected to maintain strong communication with your service advisor to ensure customers are updated on their vehicle repairs. OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience preferred; GM experience a plus
• ASE Certification required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and components, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed services and provide repair estimates
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
