Diehl Volkswagen of Butler is hiring experienced service technicians. Work in our BRAND NEW facility in Butler!

Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders efficiently, in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

1. Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, air conditioning, braking, etc.
2. Explain mechanical diagnostics and required repairs in a non-technical manner to advisors or customers.
3. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
4. Identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
5. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Manufacture-specific training (preferred)
• ASE certification (preferred)
• 6+ years of mechanical experience (required)
• Clean driving record (required)
• The ability to work overhead and bent over for long periods (required)
