Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently according to dealership policies
• Conduct test drives and diagnostics using specialized tools
• Diagnose and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and A/C
• Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional repairs needed
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of service technician experience
• Valid certifications (A, B, or C level), including diagnostics and electrical
• Knowledge of new vehicle technologies
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
