Job summary

Fort Collins Kia is seeking a skilled automotive service technician to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. You will perform repairs and maintenance on customers' vehicles, diagnose systems, and ensure work aligns with manufacturer specifications.

You will collaborate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed services and complete the multi-point inspection report. A reliable team player with strong communication and a customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a fast learner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Computer literacy required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so customers are informed if any additional service is needed; complete online multi-point inspection report.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
