Job summary

Fort Collins Kia in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a service team member to perform work on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies. You will communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional services and complete online multi-point inspection reports.

Qualifications

• Fast learner with ability to pick up dealer policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a team.
• Comfortable using computer systems and accessing online reports.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional service is needed; complete online multi-point inspection reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold workmanship standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
• Execute cleanliness. and upstanding workmanship.
