Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform repairs efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify mechanical concerns.
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine performance, electrical systems, brakes, steering and suspension, climate control, and driveline components.
- Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services.
- Perform warranty and recall repairs.
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
- Communicate repair recommendations accurately and professionally.
- Document repairs and services performed according to standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with service advisors to deliver an outstanding customer experience

As an Automotive Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify mechanical concerns
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including:

- Brake systems
- Steering and suspension
- Climate control systems
- Drivetrain components
- Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services
- Perform warranty and recall repairs
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Communicate repair recommendations accurately and professionally
- Document repairs and services performed according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety procedures and policies
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform repairs efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures

- ASE Certifications
- Lincoln, Ford, or luxury automotive brand experience
- Automotive technical school education

- State inspection certification (if applicable)
- Master Technician credentials
