Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform repairs efficiently and accurately
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify mechanical concerns.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine performance, electrical systems, brakes, steering and suspension, climate control, and driveline components.
• Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services.
• Perform warranty and recall repairs.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Communicate repair recommendations accurately and professionally.
• Document repairs and services performed according to standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with service advisors to deliver an outstanding customer experience
