In this role, you will perform high-quality mechanical repairs, advanced electrical diagnostics, and routine maintenance across our full line of Ford passenger cars, SUVs, commercial trucks, and pre-owned inventory.

Confidentiality: All inquiries and applications from currently employed technicians will be kept strictly confidential.
Experience: Previous professional automotive repair experience in a dealership or high-volume independent shop is required.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
Tools: Ownership of a comprehensive, professional set of automotive tools and roll-around storage cart.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Diagnostic Execution: Utilize advanced Ford factory diagnostic equipment and scanning software to accurately isolate mechanical, electrical, and computer network faults.
Precision Repair: Perform high-quality repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspensions, braking systems, and electrical components strictly to factory specifications.
Routine Maintenance: Execute multi-point safety inspections, fluid flushes, alignments, and general preventative maintenance tasks efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to AutoNation and Ford Fixed Right First Time guidelines to eliminate comebacks and ensure absolute customer vehicle safety.
Documentation: Provide clear, detailed, and accurate write-ups on repair orders detailing diagnostic procedures, root causes, and exact corrections for warranty compliance.
Safety Protocols: Follow all dealership safety guidelines, equipment handling standards, and EPA compliance protocols to maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Proven track record of high productivity and diagnostic accuracy in a professional shop environment.
Deep understanding of modern automotive mechanics, electrical schematics, and diagnostic logic.
Strong work ethic, personal integrity, and a team-oriented mindset.
Ford factory training or active ASE certifications are highly preferred, but we will consider any qualified technician with a strong diagnostic background.
