Team Car Care in LaGrange, IL is seeking a Crew Chief to lead the shop floor, guide technicians and CSAs, and drive guest satisfaction.

As part of the management team, you will coach teammates, manage daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting and service targets. This role offers leadership growth and a path to higher responsibilities.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSAs.
• Ensure safety, quality controls and guest satisfaction.
