Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a Store Manager to lead service labor, parts, and fleet sales while delivering exceptional customer service and in-store program execution. You will recruit, develop, and inspire service and back shop teams, maintaining safety and productivity across all store operations.

The role requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage staffing levels, cash handling, and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in automotive service environment.
• Completion of a two-year college, technical program, or 1–3 years of service industry experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Direct, instruct, and manage a team of associates; oversee appraisal, rewards, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure store productivity, profitability, and compliance; monitor back shop operations and CVIs.
• Train and coach staff on Customer Care Process and store systems.
