Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a Store Manager in Florida who will drive service labor, parts, and fleet sales while delivering top-tier customer service through in-store execution of programs and standards. You will lead service selling and back shop teams, recruit and develop staff, and ensure store productivity with a safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, maintaining staffing, managing POS operations, and resolving customer issues while upholding policies.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in automotive service environment.
• 1-3 years of service industry experience with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work Days, Nights, Holidays and Weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and evaluate direct and indirect reports per policies, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Lead a team of associates; assign, supervise, coach, and discipline.
• Oversee store productivity, profitability, and visual standards.
• Train staff on Customer Care Process and CVIs.
• Maintain staffing levels; recruit and interview talent.
• Monitor shop productivity and back shop operations.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve complaints.
• Handle POS transactions and inventory integrity.
• Partner with Fleet team to grow Fleet service relationships.
• Advise associates and customers on tires, parts, and service programs.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Open/close responsibilities as a key holder.
• Other duties as assigned.
